The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of hands-on coaching experience, strong Jira discipline, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and successful product delivery with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Scrum Master or Agile roles.
• Experience facilitating Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks.
• Locals only; able to work onsite 3 days/week in Charlotte, NC.
• Strong ability to remove impediments and manage dependencies.
• Excellent collaboration with Product Owner and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile scrum, kanban, and scaling standards and practices for product delivery.
• Facilitate backlog refinement with the product owner to ensure sprint goals are clear.
• Maintain Jira hygiene and support automated time tracking.
• Identify and manage intra-product and inter-product dependencies efficiently.
• Coach delivery teams to follow Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Scaling practices and improve velocity.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
