Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a client project in Charlotte, NC. This full-time contract role requires three days on site per week and runs for 12+ months. The Scrum Master will ensure adherence to agile values and guide teams through the SDLC.

The ideal candidate brings proven Scrum management experience, proficiency with Rally/JIRA/TFS, and the ability to drive scope, priorities, and timely delivery of outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Scrum management experience in software development.
• Ability to implement Scrum theory, rules and practices.
• Ability to remain in scope and deliver outcomes on time.
• Strong organization and facilitation skills with prioritization to meet deadlines.
• Experience leading large-scale agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Scrum team and ensure adherence to agile values throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments to improve velocity and quality.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to manage backlogs and deliverables.
• Drive team performance and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
