Job summary

HOK is seeking a Project Manager (Science & Technology) to lead complex projects in San Francisco and Seattle, working with the Project Architect and Project Designer to deliver on time, on budget, and in line with the design intent.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, develop and validate project scope and fees, and maintain strong client relationships while coordinating with consultants and stakeholders through all phases of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent in education or experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Licensed Architect with current registration in your region preferred.
• NCARB registration preferred.
• LEED accreditation or Green Associate preferred.
• Science & Technology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate project scope, fee, budget and schedule.
• Communicate with clients and consultants to ensure aligned design and outputs.
• Prepare project presentations and support client meetings.
• Monitor budgets and use Deltek for project planning and change control.
• Ensure sustainable design solutions and green workplace practices.
