Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Mashpee, MA seeks a School Psychologist for a full-time, school-based role for the 2026–2027 school year. This hybrid position involves in-person assessments and virtual meetings, serving middle school through high school students with collaborative district support.

You'll conduct psychoeducational evaluations, participate in IEP development, consult with educators and families, and help ensure IDEA compliance, with guaranteed hours and a competitive hourly pay of $65–$85+

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
• Active or eligible Mass. School Psychologist credential/certification
• NASP/NCSP credential preferred but not required
• Two or more years of school psychology experience preferred but not required
• Knowledge of psychoeducational assessment, counseling, consultation, and eligibility processes
• Experience with children and adolescents
• Understanding of IDEA, IEPs, and multidisciplinary practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with technology used for assessment, documentation, and communication

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
• Participate in referral, evaluation, eligibility, reevaluation, and diagnostic processes
• Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports
• Participate in development and implementation of IEPs
• Provide consultation to teachers, administrators, families, and other school professionals
• Support students in accordance with their IEPs and identified educational needs
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, multidisciplinary, and problem-solving team meetings
• Provide student services and interventions within the scope of the position
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education staff, and related-service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support compliance with IDEA and district procedures and state/federal requirements
