Job summary

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in Channelview, TX. This school-based role is full-time, on-site with 2 WFH days per month, serving districts nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state SLP license required.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility.
• If applying from a different state, hold a license in both states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students in the school district.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with teachers, parents, and other professionals as needed.
• Provide direct therapy services to students to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal development and support student success.
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support students’ communication needs in the classroom and school environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communication with parents and team in compliance with regulations.
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents on strategies for facilitating communication development.
• Stay informed about best practices and continuing education opportunities.
