Responsibilities

• Sets schedules, runs daily operations, and communicates with providers, surgeons, patients, and facilities.
• Completes daily summaries and check-outs independently.
• Posts cases with patient demographics, procedure, diagnosis, location, time, and est. time.
• Coordinates next day’s schedule with physician and manages changes.
• Trains new scheduling employees as assigned by the scheduling manager.
• Maintains department documents and scheduling policies.
