Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or real estate.
• Familiar with residential leasing and scattered-site operations.
• Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio or similar) and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a multifamily scattered site portfolio.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor services; handle move-ins/outs.
• Prepare lease documentation and maintain records in PMS.
• Support leasing with listings, market analysis, showings, and lease execution.
• Balance operational oversight with leasing support; maintain occupancy goals.
• Travel monthly to Kenosha and Madison; work in Milwaukee area portfolio.
