Job summary

Allied Reliability is seeking a Multi-Site residential Maintenance Technician to oversee 3 properties in Milwaukee, WI. The technician will manage maintenance across sites, lead on-site staff, and support acquisitions/turns with growth plans including a downtown development near a Bucks-adjacent restaurant/condo.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair, plus strong customer service and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and managing work orders.
• Valid license and insurance.
• On-call rotation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• RealPage/OneSite familiarity is a plus.

The properties include ~244 units total (64-unit attached to a library, 90-unit former school, 90-unit additional). The technician must be able to handle multiple sites independently. The technician may lead on-site staff and support acquisitions/turns. Growth plans for the position include a downtown including a Milwaukee Bucks-adjacent restaurant/condo development.
