Job summary
Motion Recruitment seeks an SAP Solution Lead (Techno-Functional) for a 6-month, contract-to-hire engagement in a hybrid role in Columbus, OH or Merrillville, IN. The candidate blends functional SAP expertise with technical oversight to drive solution design, fit-gap analysis, testing strategy, integrations, and governance across Meter-to-Cash and Customer Service processes.

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of SAP solution delivery experience (design, configuration, development, integration, testing)
- Experience delivering SAP solutions in complex enterprise multi-vendor environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related technologies
- Experience with SAP integration technologies, APIs, and middleware
- Experience with SAP testing activities, fit-gap analysis, and governance
Responsibilities
- Perform techno-functional SAP solution reviews and test result assessments
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and identify SAP best-practice opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end SAP functional processes in Meter-to-Cash and Customer Service
- Guide SAP application design, configuration, customization and integration
- Monitor SAP deliverables and ensure alignment with requirements
- Drive testing efforts including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and performance testing
- Coordinate with internal and third-party teams for timely delivery
- Support deployment, cutover, hypercare and knowledge transfer
- Ensure SAP security, role design and governance standards
- Promote DevSecOps practices including CI/CD and quality controls
- Partner with teams to enable enterprise SAP integrations
- Establish monitoring for SAP performance and stability
- Participate in governance, status reporting and risk management
