Job summary

NAVA Software Solutions is seeking a Business Solutions Manager for Procure to Pay and Warehouse Management in Houston. This role leads end-to-end process transformation, partners with leaders, and drives key efficiency metrics across PTP and WMS.

You will architect SAP S/4HANA based solutions, define requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee governance and rollouts across global operations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting SAP MM/IM and WMS/EWM.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge and integration with other modules.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with stakeholders.
• Analytical and reporting skills using MS Office and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion technical transformation across PTP and WMS workstreams.
• Function as a solution architect for end-to-end processes.
• Engage stakeholders for leadership‑level decision making.
• Define end‑to‑end technical process requirements.
• Ensure compliance and governance for PTP and WMS.
• Oversee transformation governance and performance monitoring.
• Identify optimization opportunities across processes and systems.
• Support rollout and adoption of initiatives across teams.
