Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, including hands‑on leadership of development and integration projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 year work experience); if Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP BTP development teams, providing technical direction and mentoring to ensure successful delivery of integration and extension projects.
• Advise clients and internal stakeholders on SAP BTP best practices, architecture, and solution design.
• Oversee and execute integration projects using SAP BTP Integration Suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
• Conduct technology assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within client environments.
• Analyze and prioritize business value to drive decision-making and solution development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, and external partners) to deliver SAP BTP solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth within the development team.
