Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/IT/Engineering) or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years hands-on software development experience.
• Experience with REST APIs or web services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn Salesforce development and build a career on the Salesforce platform.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a client-focused consulting environment.
• Salesforce development experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, Agile, or cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications under guidance.
• Learn and apply Salesforce development best practices (Apex, LWC, Flows).
• Assist with integrations between Salesforce and external apps using REST APIs.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and Agile ceremonies.
• Write clean, maintainable code following standards; document solutions.
• Support testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business stakeholders to deliver client solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development standards and practices.
• Document technical solutions and implementation details for reference.
• Stay current on Salesforce technologies and pursue training/certifications.
