Job summary

Stealth Solutions, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Salesforce Release Engineer/Manager to own release, deployment, and environment management for our Salesforce delivery practice.

You will define robust processes, tooling, and governance to enable frequent, high-quality releases into enterprise Salesforce orgs, partnering with Delivery Leads, architects, developers, QA, and client stakeholders. Hybrid in DMV area for occasional in-person work.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5+ years in Salesforce release engineering, DevOps, or ALM.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce lifecycle and deployment models.
• Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce release management best practices.
• Experience with DoD, DHS, FedRAMP or similar environments.
• Strong communication with federal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce release management for a federal program.
• Define secure ALM strategy including versioning and branching.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, Metadata API, Git-based workflows.
• Oversee all Salesforce environments with governance.
• Manage release calendars and change-freeze periods.
• Execute deployments with packages and automated pipelines; ensure testing and audits.
• Maintain production-change documentation for audit traces.
• Collaborate with Architects, Developers, QA, Cybersecurity, and Government Product Owners.
• Provide release documentation and rollback plans.
• Monitor seasonal releases and communicate impacts to the client.
