Job summary

Stealth Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead to guide requirements analysis, solution design, and functional delivery for large-scale Salesforce implementations across public sector programs.

The Functional Lead will work closely with clients, business analysts, developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure business needs are translated into scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a hybrid position requiring residency in the DMV area to support occasional

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience
• 2+ years leading functional teams or owning functional designs on complex Salesforce programs
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Objects, Flows, Reports/Dashboards)
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable, testable user stories
• Experience with Agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and QA Testers; set standards for functional delivery quality.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured epics, features, and user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discovery, requirements workshops, and business process mapping to define future-state solutions.
• Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to align functional intent with system design and constraints.
• Define and oversee declarative configuration strategies (Flows, validation rules, objects, automation).
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness with delivery teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize work based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
• Validate functional designs via walkthroughs, prototypes, demos, and UAT coordination.
• Support change management, training materials, and adoption strategy for end users.
• Ensure functional solutions comply with federal standards (Section 508, FedRAMP, and security requirements)
