Qualifications

• Six years of Salesforce platform development experience including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Three+ years delivering Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud and ITSM workflows.
• Two+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Data 360, and related AI/agent tech.
• Five+ years in application development, pipelines, source control, testing, deployment automation, and production support.
• Three+ years integrating Salesforce with enterprise platforms via APIs, MuleSoft, or event-driven patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce apps focused on Agentforce and AI-enabled experiences.
• Design and implement Agentforce agents, prompt templates, knowledge grounding, and governance for AI features.
• Build Salesforce capabilities using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and secure integration patterns.
• Develop AI-enabled service desk capabilities including ticketing, routing, and proactive notifications.
• Collaborate with MuleSoft, data, and infrastructure teams to expose governed backend actions via reusable APIs and flows.
• Maintain security, RBAC, and auditability with Salesforce Shield and Einstein Trust Layer.
