Responsibilities

• Provide end user support for Salesforce and CRM.
• Manage CRM workflows, security, and access rights.
• Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, reports, and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain validation rules and custom workflows.
• Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize CRM usage.
