IPG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sales in Sarasota, FL. This hybrid role partners with IPG North America to own end-to-end recruitment for sales and salaried functions.

You will manage intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination, while building pipelines and advising leaders on market trends. You will collaborate with hiring managers, use ATS/HRIS tools, and help strengthen IPG's employer brand through data-driven recruiting and candidate experience

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially for sales and salaried roles.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary TA partner for assigned sales organizations across IPG North America.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through onboarding coordination.
• Build pipelines via proactive sourcing, networking, referrals and social platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies and candidate profiles.
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.
