Job summary

Centella is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive success across HTS accounts in South Florida. You will manage post‑sales activities, coordinate service delivery, and liaise with cross‑functional Centella teams to deliver value and ROI.

The role requires 3–5+ years in healthcare strategic accounts, with strong leadership and project management capabilities; PMP or equivalent experience is a plus. Hybrid work model in Palm Beach County area is offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in healthcare, engineering, or business administration; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in strategic customer accounts in healthcare.
• PMP or portfolio/asset/project management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive customer success management for HTS portfolio and account relationships.
• Coordinate services and track service performance with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key account stakeholders; conduct regular customer reviews.
• Lead onboarding and implementation of Centella HTS solutions within accounts; monitor documentation and risk.
