D&H Distributing is hiring a Sales Support Specialist in a hybrid role, based in Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL. You will support the sales team, handle customer inquiries, and manage orders using our CRM and proprietary software.

The position emphasizes customer service and efficient coordination between sales and operations. Applicants should have 1–3 years in office or call-center customer service, and a solid understanding of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in an office or call center setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with CRM tools and basic software applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volume of incoming calls and respond to inquiries (ETA, pricing, inventory).
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM system and process orders/returns.
• Support the sales team and assist in order entry, quotes and reactivations.
• Ensure professional company image via phone, email and chat.
