Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid store role. The SST will assess customer needs, recommend products/services, perform entry-level vehicle services, and ensure satisfaction with timely completion of tasks.

The role provides training, potential career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care, and opportunities to learn store operations across front and back shop tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service mindset with growth orientation.
• Ability to learn basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role: Customer service, sales, issue resolution – 75% of time.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) – 25% of time.
• Assist with store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays.
• Grow into manager-on-duty roles or assist the manager as needed.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and balance front/back shop tasks.
