Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This hybrid role blends customer service with basic vehicle services and store operations, with growth potential into leadership.

You will engage customers, assess needs, and perform entry-level automotive tasks while supporting store performance and customer satisfaction. Training and ASE certs are provided as you grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• Two-year degree or training program completion.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by assessing needs and recommending products/services.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Handle store operations and merchandising as needed.
• Grow and develop within the role; may support store leadership.
