Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to join Firestone Complete Auto Care in a hybrid store role. You will assess customer needs, recommend products or services, and perform entry-level vehicle services to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of tasks.

The role blends front-end customer interaction with back-of-house service tasks, offering pathways for growth into supervision and store operations leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service and growth mindset are essential.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service, drive sales, resolve customer issues—75% of time.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks such as oil, tires, fluids—25% of time.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed.
