Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for its Firestone Complete Auto Care network in Birmingham.

This hybrid store role focuses on serving customers, recommending products, and performing entry‑level vehicle services while ensuring satisfaction through timely work. Pay range is $15.20 to $22.71 per hour, with a pathway for growth and development within the stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support with issue resolution.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Support store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays.
• May assist the Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty when needed.
• Learn all store operations and flex between front and back shop tasks.
