Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Durham, NC is seeking a Hybrid Retail Sales and Service Technician. This role blends customer service with basic vehicle services and serves as a pipeline for future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will assess customer needs, recommend products, perform entry-level vehicle tasks, and ensure satisfaction through timely service. The pay range is $16.00–$23.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.

Skills
