Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a hybrid Retail Sales and Service Technician for Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will assess customer needs, recommend products and services, and perform entry-level vehicle services to ensure satisfaction. The role blends front‑line customer care with basic shop tasks and growth potential.

Pay range is $15.20–$22.71 per hour. This position offers hybrid work, training, and a path toward store leadership as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, issue resolution – 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids – 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
