Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Raleigh, NC seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST), a hybrid role that blends customer service with basic vehicle care and ensures customer satisfaction through efficient service completion. The position is a pipeline for future growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will learn all aspects of store operations, flex between front/back shop tasks, and support management as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role: 75% customer service, 25% basic vehicle service tasks.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory and displays as needed.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager‑On‑Duty to support development.
