Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in the Firestone Complete Auto Care network seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST).

This hybrid role blends customer service with entry-level vehicle service tasks, helping customers select products and services while ensuring quality workmanship. You will learn store operations, support growth, and may assist the manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Customer service and a growth mindset are essential.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales support (75%).
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids) (25%).
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
