Job summary

Bridgestone Americas’ Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for Firestone Complete Auto Care. This hybrid role blends customer service with entry-level vehicle services, focusing on assessing needs, recommending products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You're expected to learn store operations, perform basic service tasks like oil and tire work, and support opening/closing, inventory and displays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Automotive experience a plus.
• Management/supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution (approx. 75%).
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids (approx. 25%).
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
