Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) to serve customers in a hybrid role across our stores. The position focuses on assessing customer needs, recommending services, and performing basic vehicle tasks while ensuring satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a mindset geared toward customer service and growth. Training and ASE certifications are provided as part of our development track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Customer service mindset and growth orientation.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, drive sales, and resolve customer issues.
• Perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids).
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays.
