Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid store role. You will assess customer needs, recommend products and perform entry-level vehicle services, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely completion.

Learn all store operations, flex between front/back shop tasks, and support the manager on duty as needed. Benefits start day one with training and certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Customer service and career growth mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales and issue resolution – 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids – 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays as needed.
