Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST), a hybrid role blending customer service with entry-level vehicle services.

You will assess customer needs, recommend appropriate products and/or services, perform basic vehicle service tasks (oil, tires, fluids), and ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services. This role offers growth opportunities within the Firestone Complete Auto Care network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
