Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Hybrid Retail Sales and Service Technician to help customers choose the right products and services while performing entry-level vehicle tasks. You will learn all aspects of store operations and support a smooth customer experience.

Work will involve a mix of front-counter service and back-shop tasks, with pay between $15.20 and $22.71 per hour. This role provides growth potential within Bridgestone's retail network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales and issue resolution.
• Basic vehicle service tasks including oil, tires and fluids.
• Store operations: opening/closing, inventory and displays.
• Support growth into Manager-On-Duty responsibilities.
