Medical Mutual, based in Ohio, seeks a Specialty Sales & Service Support Coordinator to assist Sales and Account Service teams in a hybrid role. This position is centered in Dayton with some in-office collaboration and designated in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; will consider collective experience, training and education.
• 2 years support experience in a financial services, dental insurance, customer service or related environment.
• Knowledge of dental insurance products and sales and service operations (underwriting, stop loss, benefit plan design, funding).
• Intermediate MS Office Skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports Sales Consultant for prospecting and all areas related to business acquisition.
• Organizes and coordinates details related to successful group implementation with internal departments and business distribution channels.
• Mines and logs information related to Sales in database and other resources as directed.
• Maintains knowledge of dental environment and impact on SDC product and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned and covers for other.
