Medical Mutual is seeking an administrative support professional to back the Sales and Account Service teams in a hybrid role based at the Centerville, OH office with in-office days designated weekly.

The position involves serving as the initial contact for clients, prospects, brokers, and consultants, assisting with prospecting, benefit quotes, and implementation coordination. A background in dental insurance or financial services is preferred, with strong MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; collective experience considered
• 2 years support experience in financial services or dental insurance or customer service
• Intermediate MS Office skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Sales and Account Service teams
• Serve as the first line of communication between clients, prospects, brokers, or consultants
• Assist with prospecting and business acquisition activities
• Coordinate group implementations with internal departments and distribution channels
• Log and mine Sales data in databases and resources
