Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation - A Division of McGrath seeks a Sales Representative for Modular Classroom Solutions in a hybrid role based in Arcade, GA. You will identify and pursue new business and lease/sell modular buildings to schools and businesses, working from office, home, and in the field.

The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills, with a track record in sales and customer relationship building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or rental industry; results-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident, assertive and quick-thinking.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and customer databases.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the region.
• Increase market share in established markets and new markets.
• Develop and execute plan on selling to education business-to-business accounts.
• Assist in development of marketing plans to support sales activities.
• Build relationships with modular building manufacturers and service sub-contractors.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, PMs and inventory staff to deliver solutions.
• Follow established sales and project implementation processes.
• Coordinate with departments to meet requests and deliver projects on time.
• Maintain records of quotes, contacts, activities and specifications.
• Develop relationships with architects and school admins; network within industry associations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
