Job summary

MarshBerry, a subsidiary of Lincoln International, seeks a Sales Operations Associate to enable the sales team and drive growth from our Beachwood, OH headquarters. You will focus on building the sales infrastructure, identifying process improvements, and developing opportunities while delivering regular KPI reporting.

The role is hybrid, with onsite work Monday-Thursday and optional remote Fridays. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in sales ops, strong analytics, and experience with Salesforce

Qualifications

3–5+ years in sales operations, business analytics or related experience.
Experience with reporting and dashboards.
Salesforce experience a plus, especially reporting/dashboards.
Strong Excel and BI tool skills.

Responsibilities

Enable sales team to achieve new business goals by optimizing sales infrastructure and processes.
Support pipeline management, business plans, lead generation and forecasting.
Monitor productivity and capacity; propose adjustments as needed.
Coach and develop individuals toward sales goals; suggest training opportunities.
Develop regular reporting and dashboards to track progress with key metrics.
