Job summary

MarshBerry, a growth-focused financial services consultancy, seeks a Sales Operations Associate in a hybrid role. Based at one of MarshBerry’s offices, you’ll build sales infrastructure, analyze performance data, and drive dashboards to guide leadership decisions.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in sales operations or analytics, experience with Salesforce reporting, and strong Excel/BI skills. Travel up to 10–15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5+ years of sales operations, business analytics or related experience (ideally in financial services).
• Salesforce experience is a plus, especially for reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytics experience using Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Enable sales team and MarshBerry consultants to achieve new business goals through improving sales infrastructure and processes.
• Support pipeline management, business plans, lead generation and forecasting efforts.
• Monitor productivity and capacity, propose adjustments as needed.
• Assist with coaching and developing individuals with sales goals and training opportunities.
• Develop regular reporting and dashboards to track progress and ensure data integrity in Salesforce.
