Alfa Laval in the United States is seeking a Sales Manager for Process Industry Thermal to lead the Heat Exchanger Service business. You will direct a high-performing sales team, shape business development strategies, and strengthen customer relationships across key sectors including Power, Oil & Gas, and Chemicals.

The role is hybrid in Houston, TX, with a base salary of $125,000 to $145,000 plus incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales leadership, and people management.
• Experience in industrial service sales or heat exchange technologies within process industries.
• Strong customer focus, drive for results, and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop Alfa Laval's Process Thermal Service sales team across the United States.
• Develop and execute business development strategies, segmentation plans, and growth initiatives.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers, channel partners and internal teams to drive sales growth.
