Job summary

Closets by Design Atlanta is seeking Sales/Designer representatives who will meet face-to-face with a Sales Manager and may attend a week-long paid training starting October 19. You’ll work away from a fixed office, with pre-set appointments to organize living spaces near your area.

Training and development are provided, and no prior experience is required. We value people who enjoy helping others, have strong communication skills, and can grow with a nationally recognized brand that designs,

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We look for coachable candidates who can grow in their territory.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads, and marketing materials provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
• Close deals and sell the products that they reached out to us to purchase. The more that you close, the more that you make.
