Job summary

Closets by Design Atlanta is hiring Sales/Designer representatives to meet clients face-to-face with one of our Sales Managers. You will have a week-long paid training on the 19th of October and work with pre-set appointments close to your area to organize living spaces.

As a hybrid-remote role, you can enjoy flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to senior designer positions. No degree or prior sales experience is required, just coachability and a drive to help customers

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is required.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to motor vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads and materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for storage solutions.
