Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST). This hybrid role combines customer service with entry-level vehicle service tasks and aims to build a pathway for future career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

You will help customers select tires and services, perform basic maintenance, and support store operations, with pay ranging from $15.20 to $22.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty to support development.
