Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Sales Associate with 0-2 years of experience to support our Financial Services sales and client relationships. This hybrid role requires three days in the Darien, CT office and involves prospecting, coordinating client meetings, and assisting with client reviews.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (Finance, Economics or Marketing), strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Economics or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients through various sources.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update prospect information within the CRM system.
• Schedule introductory meetings for senior sales team members.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with existing clients.
• Assist in maintaining client relationships through regular follow-up communications.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentation packages.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including scheduling and calendar management.
• Track follow-up items and ensure action items are documented and communicated.
