Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Business Analyst to create reports, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making in a dynamic sales division. You will collaborate with leaders on business planning, sales performance analysis, and growth opportunities while mastering pricing, inventory, and demand forecasting.

This hybrid role (2 days in office, 3 days remote) requires strong data analysis skills, experience with PowerBI/SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analytics, business planning and/or equivalent analytics role.
• Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and Reporting skills.
• Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze data with PowerBI, SAP WebIntelligence and Excel; create standardized and ad-hoc reports and present analyses.
• Business Planning and Strategy Support: develop business plans, track initiatives, prepare sales plans and reviews.
• Sales Materials and Goal Management: produce sales materials, manage goal-setting and support planning meetings.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide strategy.
• Prepare Quarterly Business Reviews and other review materials, including ad-hoc requests.
