This hybrid role combines onsite four days a week in Portland with one remote day, partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to deliver analysis, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in sales analytics or BI.
• Experience supporting multiple sales channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce).
• Proven ability to develop dashboards and scorecards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, orders, margin, and productivity across channels.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reports.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Support quarterly business reviews and forecasting with data-driven insights.
