Job summary

Honeywell seeks an experienced SAP S4 HANA ISC Project Manager to lead the end-to-end S4 Hana ERP implementation (Project Helix) for the Process Technologies business. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Business, CX, ISC, and IT to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

You will oversee MOS, UAT/SIT, and change management, while coordinating SAP SD/MM configurations and integrations with CX tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams (Business, CX, ISC, and IT) to deliver S4 HANA ERP implementation for discrete and continuous manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule commitments
• Execute disciplined MOS with operational stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and that processes comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards
• Redesign end-to-end order management to delivery processes to standardize workflows, increase automation, and close operational gaps
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define future-state "To-Be" processes and align business requirements with standard S4 Hana functionalities.
• Coordinate SAP configuration efforts, including Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM), and integrations with CX and ISC tools
• Support product, precious metal process, and duty drawback design, including BOM and Pricing
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) activities
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks and issues, while supporting organization change management and end-user training
