Qualifications

• 6+ years of materials planning experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of material planning processes and data dependencies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, especially SAP, to manage inventory and capacity.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize material flow; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate S4 terminology into business planning language.
• Coordinate with planning and IT to keep the S4 implementation plan on track.
• Drive adoption of standard processes across Process Technologies.
• Define master production scheduling, capacity planning, and MRP.
• Define planning processes between Kinaxis, S4 PPDS and MRP systems.
• Improve planning metrics like MPS attainment, OTFF, OTTR, and Past Due.
• Coordinate with analytics for reporting development.
