HOSC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the 55 and Better AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP program in Northern Suburban Chicago. You will oversee grant implementation, compliance, team development, program delivery, and evaluation to advance the organization’s strategic goals.

The role requires supervising RSVP Coordinators, maintaining training and records, and collaborating with the CEO on budget, partnerships, and policy adherence to build healthier, more connected communities.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in project management and volunteer engagement strategy.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and develop teams within a nonprofit/ grant-funded environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP of Northern Suburban Chicago grant implementation and compliance.
• Oversee RSVP implementation timeline, staffing, and volunteer stations alignment.
• Ensure performance measures and data-informed program decisions are met.
• Manage budgets, reporting, and records; liaise with AmeriCorps and partner organizations.
• Supervise RSVP Coordinators and ensure staff training and onboarding materials.
• Support CEO on grant renewal, risk, and program sustainability.
