Future Builders, Inc. seeks an AmeriCorps Seniors Project Coordinator to recruit, place and support volunteers aged 55+ across designated Arkansas counties, advancing RSVP priorities in Healthy Futures, Education and Economic Opportunity.

The Coordinator will partner with stations, track hours, ensure grant compliance, and help grow a high-impact program from our Little Rock headquarters. You will work closely with a small team to renew and strengthen the program's community impact.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and place volunteers aged 55+ in meaningful service roles across designated counties
• Conduct volunteer orientations and provide ongoing support, encouragement, and recognition
• Track and enter volunteer hours in volunteer system, service types, and impact using internal databases and JotForm
• Ensure consistent outreach and follow-up, including to those who initially decline participation
