Job summary

Timex Group in Shelton, CT is seeking a Royalty Reporting & Systems Analyst to manage royalty reporting across licensed brands. Hybrid role requiring 2 on-site days in the Shelton office; remote candidates will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis or royalty reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI; AI usage is a plus.
• Understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Strong data reconciliation and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Own designated licensing agreements' royalty report prep, validation, and audit-ready records.
• Analyze sales and revenue data from ERP/BI platforms.
• Reconcile royalty data to the general ledger and financial records.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to improve visibility of royalties.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Master Data teams to improve processes.
• Support royalty audits with schedules and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and leverage AI tools.
