Job summary

Timex Group USA, Shelton, CT, seeks a Royalty Reporting & Systems Analyst to prepare and validate royalty reports across brands. You will extract and analyze revenue data, reconcile to the general ledger, and ensure audit-ready records in a BI-enabled environment. Collaboration with Finance, IT, and Master Data is essential.

The role emphasizes data integrity, automation opportunities, and dashboards to improve visibility and controls, with on-site 2 days per week in Shelton, CT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in financial analysis, royalty reporting, accounting, revenue reporting, data analytics, or related discipline; large multinational preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI; demonstrated use of AI.
• Understanding of ERP systems and data structures such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to analyze, reconcile, and validate large volumes of data.
• Experience reconciling operational reporting to the general ledger.

Responsibilities

• Own designated licensing agreements’ royalty report prep, validation, reconciliation, and audit-ready records.
• Support royalty reporting for larger licenses via data extraction, validation, reconciliations, and analytics.
• Extract, analyze, and validate sales and revenue data from ERP and BI platforms.
• Reconcile royalty data to the general ledger and financial reporting sources.
• Investigate data discrepancies and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for royalty performance.
• Improve reporting processes, data integrity, and system efficiencies.
• Support royalty audits with schedules and documentation.
